An absolute favourite currently trending at BAR ROC is ‘Le Chemin du Prince’, a unique cocktail crafted by Fabrice Kalenga that recently won Best Cocktail 2018 at the Distell Inter Hotel Challenge.

Here’s Fabrice’s top secret recipe.

LE CHEMIN DU PRINCE

Ingredients:

35ml Vodka

20ml Sauvignon Blanc

30ml 100% White grape juice

25ml Elderflower syrup

25ml fresh lime juice

Splash of soda water

Method:

Add ice to a cocktail shaker, followed by all of the cocktail ingredients. Shake until the shaker freezes over. Strain over three large ice cubes and add a splash of soda water.

Garnish:

Garnish with two white grapes, a dehydrated slice of lime glazed with homemade sugar syrup, and an edible flower.

Finish:

Spray with homemade apple vodka aroma

Glass:

Serve in a white wine glass
