Sleep is the foundation of wellbeing, yet we know that over 40% of adults do not get the minimum recommended amount of rest. So, together with Harry Jameson, an internationally-renowned Wellness Consultant, we have developed a globally unique sleep ritual that helps the body naturally produce melatonin, the body’s natural sleep hormone. Sleep is further optimised in our specially-designed Sleep Rooms, by removing all electronic distractions while creating a restorative space to recover and regenerate.

The retreats will be led by Harry, who will guide you through the signature ritual that promotes the parasympathetic nervous system, reduces inflammation, manages stress and improves mental focus, ultimately aimed at taking a preventive approach to your health and wellbeing. The workshop is complemented by a Sleep Pack, containing everything you need to nod off and get a good night’s rest. Soothing products draw on the sleep-enhancing qualities of Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Neroli, Argan Oil and Chamomile, to name but a few ingredients known to have a calming effect on the body and mind.

The retreat incorporates rejuvenating spa treatments combined with guided meditation sessions to complete the experience. A fascinating nutritional workshop with our chef will teach you the unique health properties of sustainably-sourced local ingredients such as buchu, spekboom, and seaweed among others. You can also expect a range of wellness activities, from relaxed yoga classes to exhilarating hikes up Table Mountain, running and water activities – all led by professional guides and hosted by Harry, which can be individually adjusted to your needs and ability.

Harry will be available for a private consultation included in your stay to help you reflect on the experience and take home your personal learnings for maximum impact on your daily life.
